Project Manager responsible for delivering new desktop procedures for 8 countries (approximately 300 DTP’s):

• Collecting process flow information for (OTC, PTP, RTR).
• Working with multinational (HU/RO/BE/NL/SE/NO/FI/DK) teams of about 25 people.
• Helping in process of creating process based organization.
