Technical team leader responsible for preparing system architecture concept, development and implementation of EUC based system for tax return preparation and review process:

• Collecting process flow information from different stakeholders.
• Developing EUC system which standardized, secured, stabilized, simplified, made auditable and transparent e2e process of VAT return preparation and reporting.
• Working with multinational teams of about 75 people.
• Preparing and implementing business support model.
• Creating foundation for research and development team.
• Responsible for leading knowledge transfer sessions.
