I possess a strong project management profile with extensive experience in leading complex initiatives within large organizations across retail, FMCG, SSC/BPO, and IT sectors. I excel in end-to-end project management, having taken on roles such as Project Manager, PMO, and Scrum Master. My skills include coordinating large, cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, vendors, and budgets, as well as executing large-scale “big bang” implementations and conducting post-implementation audits.

With a solid technical and analytical background, I design and implement CRM, workflow, and back-office systems. I am proficient in systems integration (ERP, SAP) and business process automation using tools like RPA, SQL, and web scraping. Acting as a key liaison between IT and business, I effectively develop reporting tools and KPIs.

Specializing in retail environments, I support expansive store networks and omnichannel operations, managing over 25,000 retail locations. My expertise includes handling pricing, promotions, assortment, and onboarding processes, as well as developing commerce platforms and collaborating with franchise networks.

Additionally, I combine financial, regulatory, and technological knowledge, with experience in ERP systems (PeopleSoft) and core finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R). I have engaged in regulatory initiatives, including SAF-T and the Tobacco Products Directive, along with data audits and reporting, and I collaborate closely with external institutions and regulators.

  • 2020 - 2026 end-to-end management and development of back-office CRM and retailer communication systems for the EuroCash Group, overseeing large-scale data operations, process optimization, vendor coordination, and lifecycle governance of key enterprise tools. Acted as the central business and technical liaison for EuroPlatform initiatives— driving onboarding, promotional programs, data quality, system integrations, and crossfunctional collaboration to ensure seamless operational performance across 25,000+ retail locations.

  • 2019 - 2020 end-to-end management of overall implementation process of the T&T TPD system (Track and Trace Tobacco Product Directive) for Eurocash Serwis covering 30% of Polish tobacco market. Starting from planning, analysis and requirements gathering, through installation, setup, development, till trainings, rollout, support ending with post-implementation audit.

  • 2016 - 2018 working in team responsible for preparing migration of Billa finance systems to Carrefour Romania environment after takeover of Billa by Carrefour (86 supermarkets). Project manager responsible for implementation of Workflow for Referential platform managing all master data related topics. Project manager responsible for introducing RPA (robot process automation) and delivery of 25 different robots automating daily basis activities.

A versatile consultant, I can quickly adapt to changes in the project environment and cope with various ad-hoc tasks and emergencies. 

With over 15 years of experience working for a number of large companies (Cap Gemini, Hitachi Data Systems, Accounting Plaza, Carrefour, Heineken, Amway, Shell, Pepco, Eurocash) as functional and technical consultant through all the stages of design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of various custom and off-the-shelf applications. 

Worked as both consultant and project manager. My experience includes implementations projects as well as system maintenance and user support initiatives. Worked on delivering complex financial reporting tools, KPI definitions and reporting platform, process modeling, test scripts, reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives.

Last years worked as project manager for Eurocash Serwis helping introducing first Polish implementation of Tobacco Product Directive to all field units (117 Cash and Carry locations, 27 distribution centers, 12 warehouses, vansellers and transloading areas), Eurocash Franczyza as project manager responsible for repairing retail process in Milla and Eko rebranded stores, Innowacyjna Platforma Handlu as project manager responsible for CRM implementation and team member introducing an advanced platform integrating modern technology with daily store management – EuroPlatform.
